After over a year of remote work, companies and especially their workers and managers have faced many challenges, such as extensive working hours, remote management adaptation, or even burnout. Even though some people still expect to come back to offices eventually, we will need to adapt and manage some modified working habits. So, what is “the new normal” in organizations’ management, leadership, and development processes?
